You can do this course in *two* ways. Use it as a library for when you want to practice. 

Or… try to stick to the weekly structure. In a month or so you’ll have a good routine of training the essential skills. It does mean that every day you’ll need around 30 - 45 minutes for it. But then you’re done in a month.
